i also remember someone asked hinauchi for a shading tutorial and she made a video for it and she shaded white fur with a low opacity black airbrush dont teach if u dont know what youre doing please
i cant say its a very uncommon composition but some of the features are yeah inescapable… i’d almost pull “coincidence” but this is hinauchi we’re talking about. but holy crap the top pic is gorgeous.
yeah, it is a common composition, and of course there might be some similar things, but here they seem to almost match up completely, and kyuubi’s (i think that’s her name?) pose is a lot like the character in the other image, even in terms of placement on the image.
and yeah i agree she does have a bit of a reputation for these kinds of things which would probably make it a little more likel
honestly i wouldnt have cared at all if she at least acknowledged the other image idk maybe i am wrong though i guess i just get pissy when people are really popular for the wrong reasons

even if this was just heavily referenced, she gave no credit. you may try and dismiss this as a coincidence, but even the pose is similar and the basic composition

This is…. I don’t actually know who this is! They don’t have a name beyond “Mr. Faceless” yet.
But uh. They’re kinda a Noppera-bo with some slenderman-esque design… liberty… things. I kinda capitalized on “harmless”. They like scented candles, crowds, and scratching on windows late at night. or something.
They also have the perfectest yaoi hands I will not be convinced otherwise
